I joined an e-learning company called StudySprings Pvt Ltd based in SALEM, TAMIL NADU on 25th July,2016 as Technical Associate for a salary of Rs.10000 per month. I had always strived to work for the betterment of the organisation keeping my personal health problems aside.
On the very first project assigned to me at NPR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, DINDIGUL for a period of 10 days, I had put up a vigorous effort to train the students there along with staying back there in weekend all alone to assist the company in an emergency situation that had cropped up over there despite of being given the permission to go back home in SALEM for my weekend holidays by the project in-charge. Along with that I assisted the company in providing a last day training for the students in PSV COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, KRISHNAGIRI on SUNDAY without any hesitation as it was again an emergency situation.
On the month of FEBRUARY,2017 I was travelling all over TAMIL NADU to various engineering colleges to conduct placement drives for our company’s client and even took care of the medical expense by myself due to fever that arose as a result of travelling in cold climate.
Despite of me being a “TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE” & the nature of my work being clerical & technical in nature, I had performed manual tasks of shifting office stuffs from one location to another without any hesitation.
The most important aspect is the amount of money that I had spent towards the company without expecting anything in return in the form of spending nearly Rs.1500 towards travel expenses per month and also the number of companies that I helped tie up with the organisation by the process of cold calling & business development despite of being very reluctant to carry it out due to lack of enthusiasm as well as using my bsnl datacard net facility for official work in the office premises when the company was without internet connectivity during the initial days of office relocation to the new office premises in Seerangapalayam, Salem.
Despite of all the above efforts and resources I gave towards the company. I was simply asked to leave the office premises on 29th MAY, 2017 without any final discussion with the management citing non performance of work which I too obeyed without any hesitation and later on was refused after a period of two months the experience letter & salary for the month of MAY, 2017 for the amount of time I invested in the company and that too the company giving an initial commitment of providing my pending payment of Rs.6404 stating that the company will consider only 4 days as paid casual leaves as I was relieved in between even though I was eligible for a full pay of Rs.10000 as pending payment along with a claim of Rs.575 as I was given paid casual leave of 11 days in the year 2017 from February after six months of probation period in the company & I had utilized 9.5 days of paid casual leaves and moreover the company has come up with allegations of me watching obscene content in their system despite of the fact that I was not given a proper fixed system in the company in spite of me asking for it several times to avoid any sort of chaos. This allegation has seriously affected my dignity and health too.
I offered my help to resolve all the issues between me & the company by laying down three simple obligations in return for the company’s demands which the company refused right away, first via an Trainer’s association head for which the company agreed to pay a part of my salary in return for a mail from me stating that I was terminated due to non-performance and later on via the company’s representative Mr.Praveen Kumar where the company agreed to pay my entire pending salary along with the termination letter in return for a statement stating that there will be no connection between me & the company along with deletion of facebook posts with regards to the concerned issue both the agreement which I straight away refused from my side, when the company became aware that my actions against them were severe and moreover the company probably out of fear replied to my mail on August,31st, 2017 that I had mailed them two months before. It’s very clear that the company is involved in some sort of malpractice.
I have all the required concrete evidence for the statement and claims made above and I have decided to expose such organisation via FITE along with taking legal action against the company.
