The employees of IT/ITES sector have been a significant contributor to India’s growth history. Through technology, we have connected ourselves to millions of lives of peoples living across borders and inflicted positive changes in their livelihood. Being an integral part of the society we should have a forum for ourselves which can unite us and empower us. Though we are connected via social networks , we are ‘individuals’ while facing breach of our work rights and oppression by corporates. We need a collective voice to make it louder for our welfare and rights. Forum for IT Employees (F.I.T.E.) brings together employees of various IT and ITES companies and will work as a platform to speak out for the welfare and rights of IT and ITES employees of India.
This forum is run by collective of IT professionals from different IT/ITES Companies.
Our members are from around 50 IT/ITES companies, including major IT giants (Accenture, CTS, HCL, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Wipro). Members are from multiple cities across India and we have our chapters up and running in the below cities.
