Five FITE members and employees of TCS from Pune have filed the writ petition in Bombay High Court last week against the indiscriminate terminations of them and to restrain the TCS from terminating the services and to treat them as if they are in employment. The writ petition is expected to be taken up for hearing today in Bombay High Court. All the five petitioners including one women employee raised the disputes related to their terminations in the Labour Commissioner office under the section 2A of the Industrial Disputes Act last week in Pune.
Earlier, on behalf of the affected TCS employees, the Forum for IT Employees (FITE) – Pune Chapter had submitted the petition to the Labour commissioner office in Pune on January 13, 2015 to intervene and to take appropriate actions for the justice of the affected TCS employees. Despite the several correspondences and requests, there has been no response from the authorities and hence the petitioners approached the High Court.
Vinod, FITE coordinator for Mumbai and Pune Chapter was coordinating the affected TCS employees by holding several discussions with legal advisors, labour commissioner office and the High Court advocates in Mumbai and Pune for the past two weeks.
Through the writ petition , the petitioners requested the Honourable High Court to issue a writ of mandamus and/or writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Labour commissioner office to admit the disputes raised by the Petitioners in conciliation; and that pending hearing and final disposal of this Petition to restrain TCS from terminating the services of the Petitioners and in case the services have been terminated to restore them to their original position and to treat them as if they are in employment.
On 13 January 2015, Madras High Court issued an ad-interim injunction order restraining TCS to terminate its women employee and a FITE member for four weeks.

I believe people are massively thinking about moving to different companies. As TCS is not safe for seniros.Everything has created a ripple effect. They have stopped firing in one of the centers. TCS will be loosing good prefromers. As those elite guys dont wnt to jepordaise their careers. As the industry is in boom… This would be a kick back to TCS

There are hundreds of TCS employees already being terminated and are asked to resign in last one month …. let’s know about this petition and we will fight together against this stupid action of TCS HR.
If they were terminating non performing resources that was fair but TCS is performing very well the profits are growing, accounts are growing then how come we 8-16 years experience recourses are not performing? we are all well educated cultured people who would work harder if we are getting salary so non performing people would be very less like 1-2% only how come TS are finding thousands of non performing people in just one month time?

Dear All,
Fight this way is good and but below suggestion is effective as per my knowledge
My suggestion is : Do massive resignations and encourage other people in resignation. So company will be in trouble with in 10 days. So this is Quick way.
Like open a portal circulate for resignation and took a highest people interest .
Then put a massive resignation. So.. Put this in NSE/BSE area.
Collective people decision make more effective as we are in Democracy
See the Magic in quicker way.
