Thank you for the thought of giving birth to an organization that takes care of the legitimate needs of hardworking IT professionals. There is at last and at least some one to take care of us. Cannot believe but true that There are IT professionals in Bengaluru and else where in India that have not been paid their hard earned salaries for months together. The so called employers neither receive phone calls from employees who have not been paid their salaries nor answer to their email requests for salaries. These so called employers do not even bother to talk about the salaries that they have eaten up. This unjustified, lawful and unethical practice of eating away hard working consultants salaries must end. The employees like me who have not been paid their hard earned salaries must get justice. There is a hope at least now with FITE.
