Fact Finding on termination of employment in TCS and broader labour implications

10:00 – 10:30 – Team to get a briefing from FITE.
10:30 – 12:30 – Group meeting with TCS & other IT employees available in Chennai
01:30 – 02:30 – Discussion with out of Chennai TCS & otheIT employees over skype
02:30 – 05:30 – Meeting with employer, labour and IT secretaries
05:30 – 06:00 – Plan for report and press briefing.
The Fact Finding team will collect testimonials from terminated workers, current IT employees and IT leads and managers. The fact finding team will also attempt to talk to TCS management, Labour Department and industry analysts. The personal details of the IT employees will be kept confidential to ensure they are not penalized for their testimonials.

all software employees should come together to make a union to tackle these type of incidents

not stop this work to tcs only make a complete world union or atleast
an indian union of software employyes to fight against the injustice.

was fired 15 months ago ok my life is over i am doing other small jobs
but for the employees who are working now please form an union and
fight against injustice for fellow employees
