F.I.T.E members met the Labour Commissioner today(08 Jan 2015) at Mumbai and submitted him a petition against TCS LayOff. We also briefed the commissioner about the illegal terminations happening and the situation of the terminated employees. The commissioner also assured to take possible steps and he also said he will ask for an explanation from TCS.
After meeting up with the commissioner, the F.I.T.E members held a discussion and assured to mobilize a campaign in Mumbai to spread the message against layoffs.
